How It All Began
We met in high school, two kids who had no idea where life would take us. What started as a teenage romance blossomed into something beautiful—a partnership built on love, laughter, and a shared sense of adventure.
Over the years, we fell deeper in love and built an incredible family together. We've been blessed with five amazing children who have been our greatest adventure of all. From soccer games to school plays, family vacations to everyday moments, we've cherished every step of the journey.
Now, with our youngest turning 18, we've found ourselves at an exciting new chapter. With more time to explore and a lifetime of dreams waiting to be fulfilled, we decided to do something we've always talked about—see the world together.

That's how Two Tickets Please was born. This blog is our way of documenting our adventures, sharing the places we discover, and hopefully inspiring others to take that trip they've always dreamed about.

We don't travel to check boxes off a list. We travel to truly experience a place—to understand it, to feel it, to connect with the people who call it home.
Our philosophy is simple: go deep. We don't want to just scratch the surface and see what every tourist sees. We want to meet locals, learn about their cultures, taste authentic food, and come away with a real understanding of how people live in different corners of the world.
That said, we're not travel snobs! We absolutely love a good beach vacation where we can relax, recharge, and do absolutely nothing. Sometimes the best adventures are the ones where you wake up without a plan and let the day unfold.
We love seeing new places and immersing ourselves into new cultures, but we also love a straight-up relaxing beach vacation.
